Workshops & Talks
Focused sessions on a single pillar or the whole framework for teams, events and offsites.
Organisational Consulting
Working with leadership to design culture, rhythms and practices across the five pillars.
05Principles
What we hold to.
Whole system, not symptoms
Poor focus is often a sleep problem. Low drive is often a purpose problem. We look at all five pillars before we touch one.
Small steps that compound
No overhauls. A few deliberate changes, held long enough to become who you are.
Your context, your plan
Your calendar, culture, family and work shape the plan. Nothing is copied from a template.
Confidential by default
What you share stays between us. In organisational work, only themes agreed in advance are ever reported.
Evidence-informed, human-delivered
We draw on what research shows works, then adapt it to the person in front of us.
Honest about limits
We are coaches and consultants. When you need a doctor, therapist or other specialist, we say so and help you find one.
06Questions
Before we begin.
What is ETERNOZ?
ETERNOZ is a consulting practice built on Excellence OS, a framework of five pillars: Body, Mind, Emotions, Purpose and Performance. We help individuals, leaders and organisations strengthen all five so that excellence becomes sustainable.
Do I need to work on all five pillars?
No. We look at all five so we understand the whole system, then focus where it will make the biggest difference. For most people that means two or three priority pillars at a time.
Who do you work with?
Individuals, leaders and teams or organisations. Most engagements are in English, and we work in person in Bengaluru and online everywhere.
How long is an engagement?
It depends on your goals. A workshop can be a single day; personal and leadership engagements typically run for a few months so that change has time to hold. We agree the shape together after the first conversation.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your needs, so we share a proposal after the first conversation. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. ETERNOZ provides coaching and consulting. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Where specialist support is needed, we will tell you and help you find a qualified professional.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in an engagement stays between us. For organisational work, individual conversations are never reported to an employer, only themes agreed in advance.
The first conversation is free.
Tell us where you are and what you want to change. We will map the five pillars with you and suggest where to begin.
