1. About ETERNOZ

ETERNOZ is a coaching and consulting practice based in Bengaluru, India, built on Excellence OS: five pillars of human excellence. TODO(legal): legal entity name and registered office.

2. Using this website

• The content on this website is for general information and inspiration only.
• Do not misuse, copy at scale, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Do not submit false information, or another person’s details without their permission, through our forms.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

3. Coaching and consulting, not medical advice

ETERNOZ provides coaching and consulting services. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Our work supports personal and professional growth. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified doctor or mental-health professional. Where specialist support is needed, we will say so and help you find a qualified professional.

4. Engagements

Every engagement begins with a conversation. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.

The scope, duration, fees, payment terms, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms of each engagement are set out in an individual proposal or agreement. If anything in that proposal or agreement conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or agreement prevails.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own commitment. We do not guarantee any specific result.

5. Confidentiality

We keep what you share in an engagement confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. For organisational engagements, what is reported to the organisation is agreed in advance with participants. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

ETERNOZ, Excellence OS, the orbit mark and all website and engagement materials, including frameworks, tools, worksheets and presentations, are our property or used under licence.

Clients may use materials provided during an engagement for their own personal or internal purposes. They may not be resold, republished or used to deliver services to others without our written permission. TODO(legal): confirm licence wording.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ETERNOZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions you make based on our work. Any liability in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. TODO(legal): confirm.
